[The Hub] Website contact form connected to the Hub Ticketing system

It would be cool to have an option to have contact form submissions from a site (no matter what forms plugin is used, but Forminator could get a nice direct integration since it’s yours) automatically sent to the Hub Ticketing system to create a new ticket.

This would be great because customers and site visitors (who may not even be customer yet) don’t have to be logged into the Hub to get support, but we would benefit from a unified support ticket system. Combined with ticket support via email, this would consolidate all support channels into the Hub’s ticket system.

Ticket replies would also be sent per email and replying via email should also be possible.

    We hope things are going well for you.

    Thank you for your feedback on the improvement. We have created a feature request ticket. However, if we allow visitors to submit tickets directly through the form, bots and unknown users could create tickets with incorrect details, which might impact the system or increase its load, and also affect the members’ end. Also, currently, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for when this feature will be implemented. Since this request is public, increased user support will draw the development team’s attention.
