It would be cool to have an option to have contact form submissions from a site (no matter what forms plugin is used, but Forminator could get a nice direct integration since it’s yours) automatically sent to the Hub Ticketing system to create a new ticket.
This would be great because customers and site visitors (who may not even be customer yet) don’t have to be logged into the Hub to get support, but we would benefit from a unified support ticket system. Combined with ticket support via email, this would consolidate all support channels into the Hub’s ticket system.
Ticket replies would also be sent per email and replying via email should also be possible.
